Yoga and meditation was amazing - must book in advance of your stay as it fills up. Rent a car and enjoy the town of Arta and close by beaches. You will not regret your stay here. "

The facilities were fantastic, everything extremely well cared for and constantly cleaned and kept tidy. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, enthusiastic, caring and professional, it was so refreshing to see this level of dedication and service which is hard to find now. "This was the worst vacation experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. Your North building (apartments) have a significant sanitation issue, and possibly a sewer management issue as well. The density of insects (ants, flies, cockroaches, beetles, etc) in the room was unacceptable. And your staff don’t seem to care AT ALL, which is perhaps the greatest source of disappointed. If you’re over capacity, and truly unable to accommodate a guest, then offer them a refund. I did find a suitable room...

"Although we booked Alamos Apartments the deluxe 2 bed one we were initially given was clearly not as per the photos/description so the manager moved us to another in the block nearer the sea called Playa Verde which was much better and actually had the sea view promised (and a great one from the 7th floor!)"
