This was my favorite of the five cenotes at Kantun Chi. The colors were absolutely unreal! Make sure to opt out of the guided tour, it was much cheaper and allowed us to relax in the cenotes at our own pace. #AquaTrove

" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"Everything was amazing, from arrival the staff asked if we were celebrating something special and because it was our Anniversary they upgraded our suite to a better one with a special courtesy arrangement. All day they have activities around the hotel and at night they create a great environment."
