"Pino and his team treated me with such respect, welcoming me immediately with help with instructions to get there and when I arrived, helped with my luggage. He gave me a map of Murano with suggested places of interest and restaurants. Most helpful. And my apartment had a beautiful balcony right onto the lagoon. Brilliant sunrise ! As the weather was rainy, they even gave me an umbrella. Very happy. Could not recommend them more"
"Everything about this hotel was very nice including the breakfast. The only problem is the a/c is very weak and it stays pretty warm in the room all night, but that seems to be most places we stayed in Italy. If you need a cool room to sleep look for the name brand hotels most of them seem to have better a/c"
"We really enjoyed our stay at the NH Collection Murano Villa. The property is beautiful, seemingly near new construction, and very clean. The staff are excellent, and very helpful with suggestions on dining, water taxi / travel into Venice. The private dock made travel to and from the Marco Polo Airport a breeze. There are two vaporetto stations a short walking distance away as well.

"I think that for being far from San Marco. They need to be more flexible with the exit time. Especially if they are not fully booked. Because the day you depart there is not much you can do, but to stay in the Hotel, but if you have to leave at 3 you are out of the room by 12.
