"I like the fact that there is a shuttle going to Universal Studio. Big enough pool for the guests. Front desk people I find it not very accommodating but the room service / cleaning crews are very helpful and nice. Not enough restaurant inside the hotel (not to mention the lady who is helping to take the order is not even helpful, it makes you feel I should not be ordering from their resto.) no other options. I came to her twice for 2 nights dinner and still have the same way of serving customers (not pleasant for me)."
