"The Rest Haven Motel is a good motel. It's not far from the beach or the Third Street Promenade (25-30 minute walk). It was also not too loud. The rooms are a bit small, but not too small. While it is an older motel, the rooms are in good condition. I like the courtyard in the back of the motel too. It's relaxing and nice. Motel staff and management are courteous and kind. Thus, I enjoyed my stay at the Rest Haven Motel."

"We went to the hot tub at 8pm and the outdoor bar wasn’t open and there was no one outside. This was on a Friday, which was weird. There’s some restaurants on the same street you can walk to but we chose to Uber to get to something that fit our vibe. The Ritz is definitely for the mature crowd.
