"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted.
Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
"The hotel is very convenient for international travelers who use terminal three. It’s about five minutes walk to the departure via indoor connector. It’s relatively new so very clean. The staff there are very helpful. "
"We enjoyed our stay at this property, there is a restaurant downstairs and the in-house bakery was perfect for breakfast. We used the laundry facilities (coins are needed). There is a convenience store close by. Location wise, most days we needed to walk to Shinjuku station (15 minute walk) to get where we needed. We loved the Shinjuku Chuo Park across the road, it was lovely to walk in. "
