"The best thing about this hotel was the location to the monorail station. Most hotels have to take a bus to it where this is just easily walkable, or you could take their bus if it’s raining. The hotel was clean. The rooms were fabulous with many provided amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were all very helpful."

Staff was very polite , efficient. The person who checked us in and also was present during breakfast for several days during our 2 weeks was excellent and offered us complimentary Japanese breakfast on 21 st floor .
The cleaning ladies were extremely friendly and efficient. After completion each day, they came around to ask my wife if everything was okay or do we need anything else ,always ready to help and oblige without requests.
