"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "

"Alles was man brauchen kann war in der Nähe, einschließlich einer Bahnstation, wirklich eine tolle Gegend etwas abseits vom Trubel der Innenstadt. "Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"The breakfast buffet was a great option. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is an i-Garden Complex behind the hotel with additional restaurants and a small open air garden. The Indian/Thai restaurant on the first floor of the complex was delicious!"
