"The room was clean and tidy. The shower was not working at first then I asked Omar for support and he came to the room and pull the nub out. The shower now work."

"I wish I could give the staff higher marks, because Vasyl (manager) and the rest of the staff were so kind and friendly. Our server gave us great food recommendations, and made us some fantastic drinks. The off-street parking is a worthwhile purchase, and the rooms are nice and quiet. It was a great visit and I would gladly stay here again."

"Nice staff and very understanding. However, some rooms need to be fixed. The noise during the day is painful. The breakfast is also a bit expensive, especially for someone who doesn't eat much during breakfast. Overall, it was a nice time (7/10)"

"Not happy with Hotels.com at checkin. The price I actually paid was more than the hotel said I had paid. Queried this with Hotels.com and was told I should not have been told that price by reception, as that was Hotels.com negotiated price. I told reception this and they said this is what is always shown to guests. I had to sign the printout. Not happy. Lovely room and comfortable beds, the carpet was an awful pattern though. Might give you a migraine or epileptic fit! No plug or light by the kettle and tea and coffee making station. Had to ask for extra supplies though, as not enough to actually make two drinks with. Bring your own biscuits as none supplied. Breakfast was ok, but like a lot of hotels the fried eggs were not fried, but steamed! It’s not the same! Lots of parking. Quiet and in a nice parkland. "

"I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff. The house keeping lady was so nice. I was totally amazed. Definitely will return and of course happy to recommend others. "

"We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and all freshly cooked. Our room was spacious, and very close to the spa, late afternoon swims and relaxing in the sauna and steam room was a luxury. We ate each evening in the dining room lots of choice, staff were very attentive and food was delicious. "

"Negatives: Housekeeping entered the room when we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. They also knocked the door on the last day at 11.15am and said we should've already left but we had arranged for a late checkout. We were only there for 4 nights so to have this happen on 2 occasions wasn't great. The reception staff didn't always greet/acknowledge the guests as they passed. The teabags are awful, bring your own! Breakfast was the same every morning. It would've been nice to mix it up a bit. Positives: One of the reception staff was excellent when we were checking in (Colin). He was extremely helpful and friendly, even when we requested to change rooms. The room was lovely and clean. Surprisingly very little noise from the planes and it was interesting to watch them and the nearby Dart from our window. We would definitely stay again. The rooms were good, breakfast is included. Parking is extra (£12 per day). It was very central for all the things we wanted to do and see."
