Lois was quick to answer any calls/questions we had and made checking in so easy to do without having to wait at a counter. It smelled so clean inside the cabin and it felt like we were the only ones to have been there before"

"Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation.
