First of all, the rooms are just as advertised. Very spacious, comfy and nicely decorated, clean as well. The pool and surrounding needs a bit of TLC maybe because the property has been functioning for years. Situated in a very central yet secluded location. 5/5 on location wise. Staffs are also helpful. Kudos. Downside. The wifi is un-usable on times, especially when the rooms are occupied. We couldn't even open simple apps like grab on wifi so if you decide to work here maybe come with your own solution for connectivity. Thing to take note : They have an on going construction just in front of the property so if you decide to spend most of the time on property would not be a good idea to choose this location for a year or so. The construction doesn't seem to be working consistently so sometimes will be quiet. Once they have fixed that situation and give the external areas a bit of refresh TLC will definitely make the place 5/5 for the price we pay. I rated 4 stars for the room and the location. Can improve a bit.

Pros - big spacious room that looked quite modern… nice bathroom… good location. Cons - booked a non refundable room (booked a few days prior to arriving), there was an option for a twin room… not long after I get an email saying they cannot guarantee this… so I obviously couldn’t cancel as I’d loose the whole amount… then on arrival we had to pay and extra 200k per night for another bed… just felt ripped off as I selected a twin in the booking. I suggest do not have this available if you cannot guarantee or fulfill this for your guests. - something was coming up through the shower drain on the last morning… too big for a gecko… but told staff and they came with insect repellent…. We turned the shower on for a while after and it didn’t reappear… but I’d probably look into that?? Whatever it was, it wasn’t small.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for family of 3 adults and is clean and feels very private (only 6 units onsite). Access to shops, the beach and restaurants is easy walk.

Goos Value for money in a great location
Didn’t expect much for this inexpensive hotel, but the bed, bedding, pillows were 5-star! It’s a small place without a hotel kitchen, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's a nice little place tucked away from noise, yet walking distance to many restaurants & night life of Seminyak. Downside- had to walk the distance to get breakfast every morning, so if you are not a morning person it isn't so pleasant. Their is no front desk or prominent sign with the name so on arrival it took us a while to locate the place. Rooms are well maintained, bedsheets were changed everyday. Staff is friendly and helpful and attended to our problem of less water pressure in bathroom shower immediately. Overall not a bad place at all.

Relaxing stay
Very enjoyable stay We booked the cheaper room and were on the ground floor. Our door opened to the pool which I think was much better than being upstairs. We used the pool every day.

Best of both worlds

Lovely
Our stay here was wonderful. The staff exceptionally helpful, and friendly. Our room was a lovely size, very spacious for 3 people the bathroom was also spacious and nicely layed out and clean. I would recommend Room and Vespa 4 to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay in Seminyak.

Great place. Comfortable and Location is fantastic. Lovely interiors, clean lines, looks sophisticated. All that you need to have a wonderful time in Seminyak. It's like affordable luxury. Obviously no room service but you don't need it. Stones throw away from great eats like La Sicilia, Sisterfields, Revolver, Ku De Ta, and all the other big names in Seminyak. 2 minutes from all the great beach clubs to watch sunsets and the beach of course. Not to forget you are on Kayu Aya, the action street in Seminyak. Simply book this place without thinking twice! You won't regret it.

Fabulous little spot
Fabulous 4 night stay - mother & daughter trip. Great location - we walked to shops and restaurants close by. Clean and spacious room. Loved the modern decor, look and feel of the place. Rooms walk out to a maintained nice lap pool. Friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile and hello. We will be back again! Thank you room & Vespa 4!

A little Seminyak Gem
The staff at this little establishment are wonderful. The place only has 8 rooms and is within easy walking distance to many restaurants, market, shops and the beach. The only reason i am giving it a 4star is that the room requires room darkening curtains. The lights in the yard are on all night, which is great for a safety standpoint, but the room is always bright, and the hot water was sporadic.

The photos were a tad misleading as we thought we were downstairs but we were upstairs. So they need photos of the actual room. It was nice enough, the aircon didn't get colder than 25 or more which was a shame and the shower drain was blocked. However the staff were amazing and always went above and beyond. Probably wouldn't stay here again for what you get and the price but it was nice enough..

Stayed at room 1 - ground floor and straight next to the pool. Great room based on size and cleanliness. 2 convenience stalls which are really near to pick up snacks and drinks. Location of villa is great - quiet and away from the main traffic. 5 to 10 minute walking distance to seminyak square. From there you can easily find aplenty of restaurants, cafes.

GOOD CHOICE
I am so happy that I found this little gem of a place. I almost do not want to give it a review as I would like to keep it for my self. When I was looking for a place to stay there was so many choices it was overwhelming. After reading numerous reviews on different places I decided to go with Room and Vespa 4. I am so happy I did. They arranged a driver to pick me up and take me to the Villa. The check in was looked after promptly. The room was a nice size, clean and all the amenities I needed. The Television had enough channels for the limited amount of time I spent in the room. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Had one day where the internet was down for a few hours but I was on Holiday and not really a bother. They had it up an running the next morning. Pool was clean, cool and refreshing. Another plus is it is on a dead end street so this really helps with it being nice and quiet. I am looking forward to returning.

One of the Best!
We travelled to Bali 5x in last 1yr and decided to try Room & Vespa 4 this time. It's by far 1 of our favourite! Room is clean comfortable cozy and spacious. A bigger TV wld be perfect though. And water pressure in the bathroom is a little low. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Dui is of excellent help and speaks good English. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Tks Shinta for the ever so prompt response to all my emails too!

Quiet gem close to city and surf...
Great little place close to the beach and Seminyak square. Loads of places to eat nearby plus easy scooter hire. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a great small pool area in front of the rooms with a few deck chairs.

Wij vonden het beide niet zo een topper, badkamer stonk en de gangen roken ook muf. Kamer qua design was ok maar daarbij is het ook gezegd. Locatie was wel prima, overal zeer dichtbij

Fijn gelegen hotel met mooie kamers
Mooie kamers en fijn gelegen in Seminyak. Dichtbij Seminyak Square en eigenlijk alle plekjes welke populair zijn. Beachclubs etc. Wij hebben een scooter gehuurd (echt een must!) en vanaf hier gemakkelijk overal kunnen komen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, erg schone kamers.

good villa despite the additonal bed hard mattres
Everything was good beside the hard mattress of the additional bed. The bed was made out of gridbars. And with the mattress too thin it was too hard.

Good location and clean room and beauty boutique small hotel but we met the big problem is no fresh water to shower, we stay two night used the salt water to shower and clean my face.

雰囲気はよく、のんびりできます。お風呂はありませんが、お風呂のようなプールに気軽に入れます。ハンドシャワーはあり。 バスルームに窓がなくにおったので、そこはマイナスです。 食事は近くのスミニャックスクエア近辺に歩いていきます。何軒か朝からやっているカフェがあります。 家族連れには向かないでしょう。大人の英語問題ない旅慣れた１－２人連れ向け。
