"Because we got a room facing the falls and with no obstructions in our way the view was very good. I didn't like the high cost of parking. I did not like that some of the plug ins didn't work. I didn't like we had to hunt for the coffee pot. I did not like the toilet so close to the shower wall. I found the air conditioning did not cool the entire room and that it was noisy"

"Stayed here primarily for the location, and that is definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property is within walking distance of Niagara Falls attractions, restaurants, Clifton Hill, and other tourist spots. Being able to leave the car parked and explore on foot was very convenient. Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. The staff often seemed inattentive, and service requests were not consistently followed...

"I asked for a quiet room with one bed and was given one in a very quiet corner of this big hotel. It looked recently updated, very clean and comfortable with excellent bedding, towels and amenities in the room. Fast elevator. Good vending machines and very good restaurants. Located in close distance of Penn station and walking distance to midtown attractions. Welcoming and professional staff."

"Everythins was fine with the room, but I did not like thath they gave us a room next to other room for a family, to enter you went throgh a very small space closed with a door and in case of emergency will cause a lot of problems for evacuation. The entrance to the hotel is under renovation and makes the entrance look dirty. the person who checked in did not make the slightest effort to get someone to assit me in Spanish or use technology to explain something. I like breakfast!"

"The hotel was nice and the people were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and it was within minutes of all of the Broadway shows we attended so we were able to walk to everything we needed. The only con would be, every morning, we could hear the housekeeper outside the door going in and out of a storage closet or rooms and the door would slam shut and also she would be talking pretty loud asking people if they needed towels etc.. She was our alarm clock every morning. There was a pretty good...
