"Absolutely amazing value for the money! It is extremely well-kept and the room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms even have a full kitchen. I came here last minute and unexpected due to my originally booked hotel being extremely dirty and no hot water. It’s also a small property and very quiet, in a very safe location. 2 min walk to the sand. "

"I noticed some stains on one of my pillows and even after they cleaned our room, I noticed the same stain on the same pillow which made me assume they didn’t even change our pillow covers. Some of the furniture seem older too like the paint seems chipped. You can hear the people upstairs easily. There was one night we got woken up cause the person upstairs was walking around and dropping things at midnight. The location of the hotel is great though. We were able to walk to a lot of locations...

"this hotel is our favorite for Santa Barbara weekend getaways! a half a block from the beach = walking distance to the pier and several great restaurants... and it's super cute. pool and hottub area are nice and quiet... lots of statues and plants throughout. staff is friendly and helpful, although front desk isn't manned 24hrs, they are responsive. it's an old building and the decor is antique-ish, but comfortable. definitely recommend!"

Only complaint was the wood beams were very dusty which made me wake up w insane allergies and the window was covered w cobwebs outside- - they could use a window washer and better cleaning w ceilings but the room felt clean and it was super cozy indeed.
