"Staff was snippy and totally unhelpful. They canceled our reservations when they acquired the Motel 6. No notification. No other rooms in Santa Barbara available. Had to drive down to Ventura and stayed in an old motel that was--very gradually--being renovated. Nasty experience."

"We had a great experience at this property! The location was what I'd hoped for- safe, close to the freeway entrance, and easy to navigate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were very nice. Should we be in town again we will certainly plan another visit."

"I loved how clean and cozy this place was! Definitely exceeded my expectations. We parked right infront of our room and we were pretty much in and out. We did try to use the jacuzzi at one point but it was pretty small and completely packed. Would've been nice, but I'm not complaining. I'd stay here again jacuzzi or not. 10/10 imo.
