"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"The property has a lot of deferred maintenance. They ran out of almost everything in the breakfast before breakfast was over. Good location you can walk to the beach."

"The rooms are clean and just a little dated. This is an older place but well maintained. The rooms are airy. We did have an issue with the door lock, but the staff was on it and when it couldn't be fixed, another room was made available. There are four resterants within walking distance. I would stay here again."

"It was sketchy-people yelling at each other at all times of night. Lots of work trucks staying there . Was afraid for my daughter to take her dog out for walk at night alone. You get what u pay for. Room was ok and we didn’t get bedbugs and was fairly clean."

"Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night couldn't get good sleep, A/C unit in the wall unit had a fan that was noisy so couldn't use the A/C, since it was cool enough outside temp decided to keep balcony door open on 2nd floor. But facing street it was too noisy. With help from on site Manager Erika, she went extra mile to get us in another room 2 nights facing marina and A/C that was working. She checked to insure it was normal noisy window unit a/c. Overall property is clean, rooms were cleaned...

"The property most likely purchased by Marriott and updated as best as possible. The location is convenient but the condition of the property is average. The air conditioner in the room rattled all night. The floor was sticky. The carpet felt a little damp."

"Had a fantastic stay, last night! The property is huge and beautiful, and our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. To top it off, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. Absolutely no complaints here—highly recommend!"
