"Nice clean spacious corner Mountain View room. Bathroom was modern and clean. Huge balcony with table and lounge area. Only drawback was lots of car traffic and noise on street which was not very relaxing. Also would’ve used the pool area but there was no jacuzzi and it was too cold to only use the pool.
Overall very nice place to stay."

"nicely renovated property with bespoke feel. lobby was lively and outdoor space with swings and fire pit was enjoyable. pool area nice but the hot tub was overrun by kids. we were in a family suite for 4 but our room had only two towels and we kept having to call for more. best value for price in the area. will stay again."

"Such an amazing gem! Got the 2 bedroom apartment and it was well designed and decorated and had everything we needed! The beds in each room were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was beautifully built and loved that it had a Bidet! The kitchen was fully stocked and my family enjoyed the nespresso machine! Will absolutely be back when visiting Santa Barbara again. So happy to have found this gem."

"What an amazing, peaceful stay at Simpson House! The staff was wonderful, making us feel extra special for our anniversary. They gave us helpful recommendations and were just so nice and wonderful. "This is a really nicely updated motel turned inn. The single standard rooms are very small but they do a great job making the bathroom large enough for when you move from the living area to the bath. The furniture and accessories are all nice. We only found a couple housekeeping misses when we checked in with some hair on the white bedding and some spilled mexican food on the swivel chair but I cleaned it up right away and it was easily forgotten.
The girls at the front desk were very nice...
