"We have stayed here before, but never in the loft suite. We brought our dog up and the place was so cute, clean and very spacious. My son and husband enjoyed the pool and mini golf course. Amy at the front desk was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. She gets five stars just for her customer service alone. We will be back!!"

"The employees at Chumash are very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern. The only negative is the noise in the middle of the night. Gambler's coming and going with no regard for the loud noise of the doors opening and closing. Other than that it is a very nice hotel."

"Perfect location, great welcoming staff, and super clean. I only put 4 stars for cleanliness because windows are too old to ever be completely clean, which takes away from the spectacular view. While there, we weren’t able to have food delivered to our room and that was a bummer. Besides that, the experience was great. After staff checked in with me during my stay, they offered to clean my room to provide all the stuff I needed to feel fully comfortable - water, mugs, extra towels. We could walk to everything and felt very safe. Lobby was super welcoming with the fire going and apples on the table. Oh! And the free cold brew and coffee in the lobby were such a nice touch! Thank you. "
