"The Room was very clean in my book. I was only there one night, so I didn't get to see the balcony. When I got there, the front desk upgraded me to a suite. That was nice. Just more room than I needed. Location-wise it was all good. Parking is tricky, but other than that, I couldn't ask for more. "

"The room was spotless and they cleaned it everyday. Free breakfast and the Manager and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly! The pool was very warm, parking was free. I had a fabulous view of the marina and many boats with a balcony. We were celebrating our 45th Anniversary so it made it more special! Be sure to eat at the Best Western on Shelter Island for a scenic happy hour or dinner. A good location, close to the waterfront!"

"Hotel very nice. Staff very nice. Location not to great due to all the homeless. San diego is not the clean city anymore. Homeless all over and the city does not clean up after they mess it up. "
