"Lovely hotel in an awesome location. Room was spacious and had a separate large bathroom with a bath tub which made my wife very happy. 😀. My only complaint was with the shower. Was a bit small (I’m 6’2” and the shower door leaked terribly. There was a puddle of water on the floor both times I used the shower."

"Kind owners/keepers, overall clean property, just minor issues with left over tape on the wall from what I imagine decorations that were there previously, some dirt smudges on the paint around window and coffee maker did not work. Still fine for an overnight stay, quiet overall and safe location. Comfortable beds, but too high for little ones as there is hard floor and the beds are higher than normal. Good location."

"Clean rooms, comfortable bedding and perfect downtown Monterey location with easy walking to eateries and free trolley bus to Aquarium. Parking at hotel is not the best with tight spots and less availability in comparison to rooms rented. Lastly, heated pool was not very heated in comparison to other hotel establishments."
