"Very charmig guesthouse. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast in the morning, allthough no choices to do. Very nice garden. There was a problem with the heating, so in the morning it was quite chilly in the room."

"We had a great experience staying at Colton Inn during our trip to Monterey. The location is perfect — just a short walk to downtown, restaurants, and close to Cannery Row and Fisherman’s Wharf. It made getting around super easy. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated the private balcony for some fresh air. "This is a well-run, friendly motel, conveniently located for getting around Monterey, over to Carmel, or almost anywhere else on the Peninsula. Our “partial Ocean-view” room actually offered a great look down at the bay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would happily stay here again."
