This was our second stay at Pacific, and the service was excellent as always. It’s close to the areas we wanted to visit, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast in the morning, super friendly staff and accommodating for minor things like AC not working they brought up a fan to the room super fast. In a good area where you can walk to most of the area places downtown and be close to the water. Fireplace in the room was a nice touch but didn’t use it. Pet friendly was what made us stay here. Lounge area was also super nice.

The hotel room itself was quite nice, my wife and I enjoyed it! We never received any room service in the time we were there. The spa was also closed. When we did talk to the staff they were efficient and fast when providing service.

Hotel was a bit outdated. Door handles were loose on the doors. Deadbolt lock was broken from the inside of the room. You could hear every noise coming from outside the room. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great! Walking distance to everything.
