"I saw in previous reviews that there was barely any room for luggage. Between my mom and I we had 1 large rolly luggage and 2 carry on-sized luggage and was able to make it work. In our room we found space space behind the massage chair as well as the corner in front of the door. When the luggage is closed they fit fine. Service was great and check in was a breeze. "Hotel was great, we ended our trip in the Tokyo Ginza area. Good access to shops, stores and everyone’s favourite Don Quijote. Short walk to the Ginza station. If you are looking for a bus to the airport, we used airport limousine. Very short walk to the bus stop, next to Mistui Ginza Hotel. We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel while we were in Osaka for 5 days, no extra cost. Great service and will probably go back."

"It has a great (convenient) location, close to the JR station which is next to Shinagawa, there are many restaurants around the hotel, grocery store downstairs. The room we stayed (Twin room) is big enough to spend one night. Very clean. There is a big locker room that you can keep your luggage until check-in time. I wish that there would be clear information on the street where to check-in. I didn't expect that it was above the grocery store!"
