"The location is within walking distance from Michigan Ave, right by the river. Beautiful view ( if your room is on the river side). The staff is incredible from greeting you, checking you in or if you have any questions or requests they are on top of everything. Very friendly and nice. Every time we have to spend the weekend in Chicago, that’s the only place we always stay. "

"Excellent, very accommodating staff. Our room showed a little bit of age and wasn't vacuumed recently, so there were crumbs on the floor. You could hear conversations through the bathroom vents. Pool and outside space is not open, which was a bummer. Outside of all of that, location is amazing, staff is awesome and hotel is nice."

"The property was great. Right downtown. 30 minutes walk to Navy Pier and Mellenium Park. Clean hotel. Only complain is the doors to the rooms are big time heavy. Hard to get in being in a chair. Also the bed is defently high. Being in a wheelchair I had to get some help to make sure I dint fall off trying to get on. "

"Brian and his staff were exceptional. They made me feel right at home from day one (6 night stay) Gave me several wonderful recommendations for dining and tourist experiences that made the TRIP. Everything downtown is walkable from this location especially if you want to get your daily steps."

"Beautiful historic building, nice walking distance to alot of places. There is alot of street noice and sirens, we just slept with the TV on. Not impressed with housekeeping services but it was worth the trade off for being in such a nice location. Nice shower but not very good water pressure it took quite a while to wash my hair. No vending machines for drinks or snacks but Walgreens very close. Overall, would stay again. "
