"Nice clean stay. We stayed here before going in a cruise and to see universal. Didn’t use the shuttle. Got an uber instead, mostly because the shuttle wasn’t explained to us and when we woke up just wanted to get going. Beds were clean and comfortable. Would stay again"

"We had an incredible time at Portofino Bay! We stayed for one night in a queen club room. The room was spacious and elegantly presented. The food and drink on offer in the club room was varied and delicious. Having the express passes for Universal meant we were able to do all rides in both parks in 2 days"
