Stay clear of this train wreck of a place. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful the entire time. They would never have an answer for me or bark at me as I walked past if they needed something or my attention. Amenities mentioned and shown in pictures in their listing were not available and was not disclosed to me. Having a pool and absolutely no use of it, what a waste. Not to mention no WiFI for days. The only thing this place advertises on its sign out front as an amenity. I had ripped towels and a cigarette burned blanket on the bed. It smelt of wet dog and weed the entire stay. Due to to their long term guests they have at the facility the cops showing up on a daily basis for some reason or another made it oh so enjoyable to relax. Hope you sleep deep as well because if you are near the lobby or a long term guest good luck. The thin walls you can hear everything and everyone. Loved hearing the worker overnight talking poorly about all the guests.

Very dirty, smells like cats/dogs, leaking tub/shower, hair from previous guests, uncomfortable pillows (only two small ones for a queen size) and bedsheet that was meant more for a full that didnt cover mattress. Area is quiet overall, but quality of hotel is terrible for the cost, and very deplorable. On the way to check out, we saw roaches climbing the wall by the soda machine

The receptionist was super friendly! I had an issue with the first room, and she kindly changed it for me. I don’t know her name, but she covered the overnight shift. I arrived on Friday at 12 p.m. The first room was in very poor condition, The second room was appropriate for what I paid

No surface in the entire hotel was clean-dark unwashes carpet, splatters on walls, and the hallways smelled like cat pee and rotting garbage. The rooms were much cleaner than the hallways, but the bedding was moist and soggy. I was surprised how unclean it was. The staff was really friendly.

The air conditioning was actually far beyond my expectations it was always cool in our room. It was a spacious room and the staff were really fantastic to us. The only downside was our card key had to be renewed every day despite different staff trying to programme it. I didn't look at the pool as I was so busy with the theme parks and local spots. This location was absolutely perfect with everything at your doorstep! Wifi was perfect too! We were able to pay to stay for a late check out which was incredibly kind. Thanks for having us and I hope you continue to do a great job :)

Mixed Experience

My stay was overall pleasant—super comfy bed and cold A/C made for great rest! The location was a big plus, close to plenty of great spots. However, cleaning could’ve been better—leftover soaps in the bathroom weren’t ideal. Also, having to reset key cards daily was a hassle for a longer stay.
