"The hotel was beautiful with the rooms built in a square around a dense jungle garden. There were two lovely pools - one in the garden and one on the rooftop. We had a beautiful contemporary room, well in fact a suite with two bedrooms and lounge/diner thanks to our VIP upgrade. The staff were very professional and helpful. We can’t comment on the restaurants as we didn’t use them. We were delighted with our stay. "

"The hotel was cute and quaint and for the price the location was wonderful. We had a room overlooking the ocean. You can easily walk to all the places on the hotel zone Street, but most of all the staff made it feel really welcoming and like home. I had to stay an extra day due to my flight and they held the last room for me and gave it at the same price even though it was a fancier room. There was many things to choose from at breakfast and it was very good. They also had very good food,...

"We couldn’t be happier with our stay! I booked this because the bungalow had a balcony with unobstructed views of the beach/ocean… When we arrived they wanted to move us because the property beside them was having an event… Listen,Tulum is known for its EDM music scene and nightlife so I can’t complain. We asked to see both rooms and they were more than willing! We chose the room they had wanted to move us to and it was perfect! Little of an obstructed view but at the same time it really was...
