"The hotel design and decor is simply gorgeous. Every staff member was wonderfully friendly. I wasn't expecting the spa area to be so lovely! Outdoor space is great, as well as indoor relaxation room. One of the cleanest spa/pool areas I've ever come across! We didn’t try the food so can't comment on that. But would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break"

"Young staff, of which I spoke to 5, were all brilliant, friendly,efficient and good fun. Most impressive. Slight issue in that if you had a noisyroom neighbour then the thin walls could be a problem as you could hear people snoring!. "This was a great place to come home to every evening after being among the crowds in London. It is in a quiet residential community just off the river right across the bridge from Hammersmith tube station - which you can get anywhere from. It was small but very clean - nice fluffy big towels, towel warmer and clean fresh bedding. The room was above a pub so we were worried about noise but there was very little. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely."
