Our room was elegant and spotless, with a crib already set up for our young son, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great for our whole family, and the location is perfect — close to the gardens, museums, and great dining options. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."
