"amazingly spacious and nice decoration though it looks a bit old. The facilities can be improved. The breakfast is just normal and food is run out of quite fast due to crowd of guests. Lotte is just opposite to the hotel and convenience for grocery shopping."

"Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. "Hotel is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good. Attentive wait staff. Centralised location to malls and ferry terminal. Special kudos to hotel staff, especially the room service team. Special shout out to front desk staff Ms Ani quickly assisted to troubleshoot an issue with my booking. I will definitely return and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Batam. "

"Todella rauhallinen paikka ja uima-allaskin oli lähes yksityiskäytössä. Alueen ravintoloiden aukioloajat eivät pitäneet paikkaansa eikä mitään tietoa yksityistilaisuuksista. Ihanan isot huoneet. Sivuilla on maininta että lentokenttäkuljetus lisämaksusta ja maksutta lauttaterminaaleihin näin ei kuitenkaan ollu vaan maksettiin itse tullessa taksi ja paluumatka hotellin järjestämä. Joskin hinta oli erittäin edullinen."
