The turndown service was top notch and the food by the pool is cooked right next to you. It’s some of the best food I’ve had. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable.
