"This is close to the airport, shops, bars and restaurants. It is not in central queenstown so a car or some form of transport is required. Looking out the front of the hotel the views are stunning. The back of the hotel has some construction work in the foreground with some mountains behind. Room is spacious, bed was comfortable. Bathroom would be better if there was bench space, barely room for a toothbrush let alone a makeup bag. Aircon was so noisey i had to turn it off and the plumbing pipes from upstairs or neighboring rooms was also noisy. I only stayed one night but i would have found this a big problem if my stay was longer. "

"Great room, clean and comfortable bed. Nice staff, very good breakfast and drinks in the bar in the evening. Bar staff were fantastic. Would stay here again in a heart beat."

"We stayed one night, and we are very happy that we are book ending our trip with four more as it was a lovely clean, comfy room and the staff are very helpful. As Expedia members we were treated very well. See them again in a weeks time! "

"Nice property, staff was great, had a problem with the room 2nd day and it was sorted promptly. Down side it’s not walking distance to town, extremely limited parking."

"The beds had several deep body impressions, those mattresses really should be swapped out for newer ones as they no longer offer much support. The breakfast had many great options and the food was good. Overall the facility was in great condition"

"Right along the main road, can be noisy. Easy parking and Laundry. Room was cleaned but pans looked dirty. Furniture outdated and scratched. Nice view of lake. In order to use the spa you need to make a reservation. They don't provide enough soap to wash dishes"

"It was such a horrible hostel experience, the bed was dirty and looked like someone had just checkout , they didn’t change the bed sheet from the previous guest, its was disgusted , I found hair and dirt on bed, I had to put a towel and paper underneath for me to lay down, and they price was overpriced for $45 a night at this unhygienic place. I do not recommend this place unless you just need a place to shower after hiking. Pay more and go find a hotel. The most disappointing hostel experience and wasted of money"
