"Nice hotel. There was some painting and upkeep going on but nothing that disturbed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was just ok. The breakfast was good and the Italian restaurant was delicious, i recommend despite other reviews I read. The sports pub could use some help in the food and service category. The pools were nice and the beach was as well"

"Resort is smaller than the typical you see. Not much to do except relax and catch the evening entertainment ala Riu parties, MJ show, etc. However! The food is absolutely amazing and definitely worth the price of admission alone. My lady and I liked the more chill, laid back vibes of this resort so we had a great time. Staff were super friendly and extra accommodating. Also! It’s walking distance to the Ferris Wheel and outdoor shopping plaza which made a nice evening stroll. "

"I have been coming to the Riu Caribe since 2014, and there is a reason I remain a loyal customer: they treat you like a person, not just a number. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel truly special. The check-in process was seamless. Valeria took excellent care of us and was absolutely great. I also want to give a special mention to Karen, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. It was my sister and brother-in-law’s first time visiting Cancun, and my parents were celebrating their 58th wedding anniversary, so having that extra level of care meant the world to us. The resort itself is fantastic, featuring: Modern Accommodations: The rooms are consistently clean and updated. Prime Location: Beautiful, direct access to the beach. Excellent Dining: A wide variety of delicious drinks and food options. Atmosphere: The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, contributing to a fun, lively energy throughout the property. If you are looking for an all-inclusive experience where the service is as high-quality as the views, I cannot recommend Riu Caribe enough. We will definitely be back!"
