"The property was functioning, spacious and clean that served us perfectly throughout our holiday to Cancun. However except to get what your paying for, the immediate surrounding area is essentially an abandoned high street and abandoned mall, which can feel a little creepy at times. As long as your content with this and are not expecting a 5* resort then this place is perfect for a holiday to Cancun on a budget."

We loved the pool and beach area and had a great dinner at the beach club next door, most spectacular sunset!
