"Value was unreal and my #1 consideration. The rooms had wonderfully comfortable beds and even a hammock that would practically put you on the balcony once you opened the full room width sliding doors. Daily housekeeping was fantastic and would fulfill reasonable requests. The food was mediocre to great, but with unlimited buffets, pick your pleasures and leave the undesirables on the buffet. Same with dessert, if something needed a little TLC the bartenders would add milk, or a little coffee syrup as appropriate. The activity directors presented endless energy and came to know everyone that engaged personally. I was a solo traveler for a week, so I had to engage other guests a little more proactively that a family or couple would. The SCUBA facilities onsite for washing, storage and prep for daily charters was exceptionally well integrated with the hotel. The beach has a very accessible step down into the water and a surge management rock shoal to safely transition into the swimming/snorkeling area after getting prone and masking up in a 45x15x8’ protected area. Even with strong winds that had red-flags at most beaches, it was comfortable making the transition, despite the yellow flag that violently whipped at our beach. The guests tended towards young families and retirees. Representation was mixed approximately 30:30:30:10 Canadian, American, Mexican and other. After 8:30 the resort was very quiet. Cozumel is relatively safe, so go off campus and explore!"

"Room layout was perfect for a family of 6. The resort was immaculate, staff were very friendly and food was superb. There are tons of activities for all ages, plenty of pools to cool off and a decent sized beach, despite erosion issues. The rental shop is well equipped with sports equipment, decently equipped fitness centre and we would highly recommend booking a tour with Jesus onsite at the resort. Seamless vacation, would book there again in a heartbeat! "

"It was a wonderful vacation! The food was excellent, varied every day, catering to all tastes and cuisines! The staff was attentive! The room cleaning was superb. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained! The sea and beach were also great, though there were some rocks at the entrance to the water that were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I would definitely come back!"
