"Great location hotel. Right above Central Park station. Great hiking jogging park right next to hotel."

"Room was very practical and even had its own luggage room with wardrobe. Air con was available and room was clean and spacious. Good array of toiletries also provided. Service, especially the concierge was really good and most staff spoke English very well. The shuttle buses to Disney and the airport were also a great time and money saved. Would definitely stay again! "

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We accidentally left our passports in the safe, and when we called, three team members promptly went to the room and retrieved them for us. Their professionalism and care left a lasting impression. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service."
