"The sargassum was terrible. The beach in pictures for royale are not the beach that is there. They just push to sell you a timeshare. Cater to members over non members. Property needs some maintenance which they seem to be doing some while we were there."

"My stay at Playa Palms Beach Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and let me check in early. Alfredo checked me in and was extremely kind, giving me recommendations for food and helping me get acquainted with the area. The room and patio was comfortable and clean, housekeeping left adorable towel animals.
