"Was here for BTS. Very convenient and walking distance to Allegiant Stadium. We originally booked Mandalay but upon check in they said we would be staying at the W. Which planned out because it was closer to the area where you walk out to head out to the stadium. Room and bathrooms were clean. "The only comment I can say is the lighting . The room needs more lighting not unless they are saving electricity, more brighter lamps also the front desk light was not lit enough while we are lining up to check in. But over all our quick stay was good."

"It was a family trip, and we absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, luxurious, and felt much more exclusive than other hotels in the area. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, the food was great, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. "This resort is huge!!! Be prepared for A LOT of walking to get to just about anything. Dining options on site are mostly high end with the exception of a handful of restaurants quite a distance from Palazzo. Casino, of course, smells of smoke. Also, as is the case with most resorts, any sort of soft drink or non-alcoholic beverage will cost you in the $7 to $10 range. Nice resort, just not easy to navigate and waaaaay too expensive on incidentals."

"As a first timer, I liked the luxor! I don't get why it has a bad rep. I booked the pyramid premier king room. My room was tucked away in a quiet area of the 4th floor (purple elevators section). Since it's on a lower level, I did not try the inclinator used to access the higher floors. I did self check in via the mgm resorts app and got into my room around 2pm. "Housekeeping was a disaster. Felt very nicked and dimed. Not even complementary coffee in the room. Everything is super expensive from food and alcohol down to table minimums. Most of the chairs at the pool had to be reserved for a fee of course. There were very few pool chairs that did not require a fee payment. I’m not exactly certain what you get for the resort fee."
