"This hotel is fantastic. I appreciate the complimentary parking available for guests. The establishment is tidy and well-kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When I requested a wine opener, they provided me with a brand-new cork at no cost. The pool is pleasantly warm; despite the outside temperature being 51 degrees, the water felt inviting. "It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"My husband and I came for Memorial Weekend and this stay was a gem! The room was spacious but cozy and very clean. Check in was super easy and the staff were so helpful and kind our entire stay. It was also extremely close to Heavenly Village area so we could leave into town and come back to our room very conveniently. Our room even had a draw curtain in the middle so if you had multiple families staying in the room, they could use the pull out sofa and still close the curtain for their own...

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"Incredible stay! Beautifully designed rooms. W head the townhouse which was perfect!! Loved the balcony tub. But be careful I bruised my arm pretty badly on it without realizing because it was truly that comfortable. Upright jetted tub in the bathroom was a super nice touch too! Nice kitchen, great staff, easy parking. Wish I could find something this convenient and cool in other places I travel to. Will definitely stop by on another road trip up the west coast!"
