"We love to stay at the Hilton Country Club Plaza so we can walk to shopping and dining in our favorite area of KC. The service is always good. They have done away with the little lotions, shampoo, and conditioner. Which I appreciate for being eco friendly, but both the body wash and lotion were near empty making it difficult to use. "
