"While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. "I stay in extended stay hotels all the time. If you're staying here, make sure you bring pots, pans, silverware, can opener, everything you'll need to cook if you plan to use the kitchen. I bring everything, including my own towels, pillows, toilet paper, and paper towels. This is just like renting a mini apartment. There is a bed, TV, table, dresser, and a mini kitchen with a decent sized refrigerator. The place is designed for extended stays and residency. It's not a luxury vacation resort....

"This entire property seemed to be in massive disrepair. The entire place reeked of marijuana, the ceiling tiles down the hallways were missing chunks and wires were hanging out, all of the walls and doors had scuff marks and chunks missing out of them. The bathroom in our room had massive holes both in the wall, and in the shower, there was unidentified brown stains over the walls, dead flies on the floor, crumbs in the bed, water damage all over the floors and dried gum stuck to the floor. "Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Didn't feel safe. Uber driver that dropped me off and picked me up (separate drivers) both said the hotel had a bad reputation in the area"

"To begin with, the staff was very friendly at all times; however, the hotel's facilities are not well-maintained—there are many repairs with shoddy workmanship—and specifically in my room, I had to call maintenance twice due to issues in the bathroom, such as a lack of hot water and a clogged toilet and sink!"
