"We arrived at 4pm (3pm check in time). We were given our room key and when we went into the room the bedding looked like it had literally just had someone get out of. I went to the desk to ask to have someone come handle it. Took 45 mins to get the bedding changed. Next day I asked to borrow scissors for something I could cut at the desk (a zip tie for my daughter’s cheer bow) and was told they didn’t have a single pair of scissors? Both desk workers I dealt with were so terrible. If we weren’t on a time crunch I would have left for another hotel. "

"We had to switch rooms twice. Deadbolt in first room didn’t line up. Maintenance tried to fix it but couldn’t in a timely manner. Second room was clean, VERY comfortable bed, highway noise was a minus but we were exhausted and it didn’t keep us awake. Next morning after showering the hairdryer was broken, coffee pot didn’t work. Tried to call front desk for a hairdryer and the phone didn’t work! Also, the toilet was very wobbly. The staff was polite and tried to address the issues. Nothing special about the complimentary breakfast except for a very sweet lady who personally made you Mexican scrambled eggs and they were delicious. I guess we would say it was a bitter sweet experience. "
