Hotels near Kauffman Stadium

"Hotel lobby was nice and clean, our room not so much. Had lots of wear and tear on furniture and areas that were clearly not cleaned before our stay. Also don’t make the mistake of booking through hotels app (Expedia etc) We weren’t notified of the $105 deposit required to pay and stay upon arrival. Overall bed and sleep was decent. Breakfast could be hotter but the cold options were lovely. "

"the location was very good. Easy walking to the main street where the convenient Tramcar could be found. Use that to head to the many local attractions on the way to the Country club district. "

" I have been staying at this hotel off and on for a year due to traveling for work. The staff has been consistently the same friendly faces. I also know that they had construction going on over the past few months so I see there are a lot of reviews that seemed unfair to me. The outside is just recently done it looks very nice. I'm not a huge breakfast person but there was options for breakfast each time I was there. Me personally I just wanted some apple juice or coffee. If I find myself in a pinch in Independence Missouri I know the place I will be staying is at quality inn & suites on Noland road. Thank you so much for accommodating all my needs"

"The hotel double booked my stay and i had a security officer jiggling the door handle at 1 am while i was sleeping. I had an early work meeting so i did not appreciate this. The room was dirty and had shaving cream all over the sink. Only plus was front desk staff was friendly. "
