"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful views that made our stay even more special. The amenities were fantastic and really added to the overall experience, and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Wiwin, the manager, was incredibly helpful when we had to make unexpected changes to our reservation. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making a potentially stressful situation so much easier for us. Overall, this hotel is truly a gem. Between the breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

However, we felt the hotel lacked daily activities to keep guests engaged, which made the experience feel a bit limited compared to other resorts. The pricing was also quite high coffee at $9 AUD, cocktails around $20-25 AUD, and even bottled water at $10 AUD felt excessive. The kids club was more suited to younger children and appeared somewhat run down, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, while the property has its strengths, we feel that for the price point there are better value options available in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran."

"We had a great stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and spacious, and we stayed in one of the private pool villas which was lovely and definitely worth it. The main pool area is also very nice and a great place to relax. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The only thing to consider is the location- it’s quite far from many of the main activities, and the roads in the area are quite old and full of potholes, which can make getting around a bit more difficult. If you’re visiting during the rainy season, there isn’t a huge amount to do nearby, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your stay."
