"This is the second time we have had the pleasure of staying at Beecroft Lodge and as before it was excellent. The hosts are very friendly and full of information about the local area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb especially the Eggs Benedict. We would definitely stay here again."

"Sonachon house is now under new owners Leanne and Aaron. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with full English, cereals, toast, and yoghurt on offer. They also provide some towels for the beach as well as free loan of bucket and spades.There is a spacious communal lounge which was really nice to relax in over a cup of coffee. Rooms were clean and nice ensuite shower room. Aaron tells me that he is planning to offer fishing trips next year for guests. A most enjoyable...

"In these difficult times with Covid, the Commodore has it sussed with self service check in and owut and measures in place to have a safe break. As a dog owner they allow pets. Free easy car parking in front of the hotel was an added bonus. Only disapointment was breakfast was not avaliable, but its convenient locations offers plenty of alternatives."
