"This is definitely an amazing Apartment . We stay in B wing 3201 , 3 bedrooms very spacious , very clean , All rooms with Aircon’s and is new . Is definitely thumb up for this Apartment . Everything is there in the Apartment for you . "

"On the beach. got a room facing the sea. It was relaxing sitting the on balcony. Although they have reduced the front desk staff compared to previous hey day years but we still get our service in a timely manner. Still the ever friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and renovated. The buffet breakfast was great. Please fix system between Expedia and Hyatt. In Expedia says breakfast is free but Hyatt system says no. Expedia system did not mention about deposit of RM150/night eventhough it is fully prepaid and also the Pahang state sustainability charges was not mentioned."

"I love everything about this hotel. Family friendly. If you bring kids, you can ask for kids cutlery at their restaurant. I will be more than happy if the hotel can provide microwave and basic cutlery in their residence. They do have electric stove but you need to bring your own if you wish to cook."

"Wall of the room is dirty with ants running. Back of sofa is dirty with fungus. Toilet bottle tray holder is broken with calcium deposit. Shower tiles and basin edges are filled with black fungus."

"A wonderful and convenient location, somewhere in between Tanah Rata and Brinchang. A beautiful colonial look as if transferred back into time. Spacious room but may require better sound proofing. Overall excellent!"
