"Lovely room, pub delightful, staff very accommodating , breakfast lovely and if wanted could have fully cooked but continental breakfast more than adequate. Enjoyed our lovely time there."

"Room was very clean and nice, we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite but there are no doors for the 2 different rooms, walls are soo thin that you can hear everything happening on the hallway outside the room and the constant slamming of the door that connects from the restaurant to the rooms was extremely loud, woke us up constantly in the early morning so bring ear plugs. Location is great."

"The location and price of the hotel are excellent. The young man who greated us was very nice and our rooms were clean and modern. It’s not the Four Seasons but I think it was fine for the price considering everything else in Oxford Town Center is double the price or more. The rooms are above a nightclub which had loud music until 1:30 AM. The entrance to the hotel is very hard to find with only a paper sign on the door. "The hosts were lovely, and the check-in was fast. The room was clean and warm, and the bed comfortable. Sadly there was occasional noise coming from the road nearby and the trains passing by. Overall it was good."

"Everything was excellent except the room servicing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and meal service was v good. The only disappointments were the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The room needed vacuuming and the loo and shower needed a good clean. Also, cups, glasses and tea hadn’t been replenished. Oh, and when we returned from sightseeing on Sat evening we couldn’t get a space in the carpark as it was full of pub visitors. Would be good if they had spaces...
