Rooms could possibly could benefit from a little TLC. Saying that the price and location to Bicester village was the reason we booked.The only other thing is the confusion over breakfast included. This could be an error of the hotel or the website. Nether the less, breakfast is not included. "

"The room was dated, the carpets were stained and the room dusty. The staff were unhelpful. There was no safety hand rail in the bath/shower to facilitate safely getting out of the bath/shower. The noise from the entertainment below the room was horrendous and unexpected as no warning of live music when I booked."

Being honest the receptionist was a sweetheart and did the best that they could, but the hotel was a different story entirely. "Clean room, polite and helpful staff. The option to leave luggage on the day of departure. A few things were not quite right in the rooms but we weren't paying to dollar, so we thought it was good value overall. Just got to be ok with lots of steps. Also definitely no breakfast available. Wetherspoons close by though."
