"This property is self check in. There is no front desk and staff are few and far between. They are largely out of sight. We did not receive our entry code information 24 hours ahead as promised. Multiple calls and intervention through Expedia finally got us the information needed. Once we were in the room, the hassle was well worth it. Beautiful, spacious, and lots of amenities. "I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. Great hotel nice view
"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. Regarding the location, we initially walked to Kawaguchiko Station, which took about 15 minutes, but later discovered a nearby bus station we weren't familiar with yet. Additionally, there is a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants nearby the property."
