"The hotel was clean and most things seemed to have been updated pretty recently. Our room was very nice and conveniently located. We had no issues with parking or checking in/out. The pool area was the highlight of the stay, but the pool bar seemed to only be opened sporadically with no set schedule. My only two complaints are that at one point there was a couple who were arguing and making a huge scene, cursing, and screaming/crying… front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about...

"Staff was absolutely amazing and i’m not getting paid to say that. Have never been treated like this before but i also don’t stay at resorts too often. They were extremely friendly and on top of everything. Immediately grabbed our bags as we got out of our uber. The rooms were also nothing short of amazing. My friend and I had two bedrooms with our own bath and balcony. I would never do Orlando at a different resort/hotel."

"Having a kitchen and 2 full bathrooms was great, a game changer. It didnt come with an oven but a small microwave oven was provided, which was cool. I loved the patio and the access to laundry if needed. The bummer was the listing saying that there were water views, and we couldn't see anything but the parking lot and huge palm tree. The nightly fireworks show kinda made up for the lack of a view. All in all, good stay, at good place, for a good price."

"Jacuzzi was not clean and smelled like fish according to other residents ( I did not use the jacuzzi). Also, property does not have ice machines in hallways. Everything else in the room and property worked well and was clean, quiet,etc. A/C in room was great."

"Building 12 is really dirty old and not well maintain. The mattress was horrible. It was so old that it felt like a deflated air mattress. This property has bigger and better bathrooms but the one we got the shower was tiny. There were not extra sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. Noise was intense."
