"Staff was extremely helpful and nice from the moment I arrived. The overall facility was clean and neat. Only thing I would note was the basin of my shower looked to be very worn like it needed to be power washed or replaced. "

"I was only there one night. I arrived at 2:00 pm and was told check in was at 3:00 pm and no rooms were ready. I stay at hotels often and understand rules, or should I stay guidelines. I most often check in early if rooms are available. I walked the halls and so no cleaning staff carts on the first floor. After watch many guests enter and ask to chek in only to be told the same as I. Miraculaiously at 3:oo sharps all the rooms became available. I enjoyed my stay but I wont be back. Not...

"Very clean and in a great location in Austin! The place was stocked well with towels, paper towels and toilet paper! It even had foil and storage bags! Kitchen could have been stocked better! No bowls for cereal, no can opener or colander! No dishwasher! ! Instructions for the oven! I didn't know how to operate it and the instructions were not adequate! It didn't have a microwave unless the oven was a combination of a convection oven and microwave, but i don't think so! Communication was good!...

"This was a beautiful, fully furnished, high rise apartment in a great part of the city. It’s within walking distance of everything, but has food and enough to keep busy right on site."
